The Best Black Friday and Cyber Monday Deals for Bloggers
It’s that time of the year again. The time when people fight over parking spaces and TVs at Target. A time for giving thanks and appreciating what we have. It’s also a time for mega-deals on tons of blogging tools and resources. Because there are so many sales going on, I’ve decided to compile this list of Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals for bloggers. Hopefully, it will make it easier for you to take advantage of all the great savings. Let’s go!
This post may contain affiliate links, as explained in my disclosure policy.
Web Hosting: Siteground
Siteground is having its biggest sale of the year. You can get 75% off all their plans! Not sure how to sign up? No worries. I have a step-by-step tutorial to start a WordPress blog on Siteground in 10 minutes. Yes, you only need 10 minutes. The Grow Big plan, which I use, is the best value for your money. That’s because it comes with Siteground’s SuperCacher, a technology that gives your WordPress site a major performance boost. The GrowBig plan gives you a lot of storage space, too. That’s 20 MB to be exact. The Go Geek plan is perfect for advanced bloggers who manage multiple websites.
I’ve been using Siteground since April 2018. Before that, I used Bluehost and it was beyond awful! Siteground, on the other hand, has the highest satisfaction rate among regular consumers – online entrepreneurs, small business owners, web developers, and other impartial users. I mention regular consumers because that’s the group you should pay the most attention to when you’re considering what web hosting service to buy. Bloggers, like myself, get paid to promote these web hosting services. But I would promote Siteground for free because it’s just that amazing! Helpful customer service, 99% uptime, fast loading time, weekly security checks, and so much more. That’s why it’s consistently ranked #1 on Facebook polls in blogging groups. Take a look:
Email service provider: Convertkit

Why You Need an Email List
I’m going off tangent for a bit to emphasize something really important. The most valuable asset you can have as a blogger is an engaged email list. Forget Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and any other social media. Unlike your email list, you don’t own your social media accounts! Who knows if Instagram will even be around in 5 years. Remember Myspace?
If your audience is all on social media, you’re missing out on the chance to connect with them at a deeper level. Your email list is your own, and it’s the most direct way to communicate with your audience. Also, people may more attention to their emails than their Facebook feeds. When was the last time you completely missed an email?
Convertkit is great because it was specifically designed for bloggers. It integrates well with WordPress so its very easy to embed opt-in forms. There’s no need to copy and paste long HTML codes. You just need to copy and paste a single phrase with the number of the form. That’s it! I used Aweber initially but found the interface to be difficult to navigate. Then, I switched from AWeber to Convertkit, and I couldn’t be happier.
Blog Design: Studiopress Themes
Studiopress is the undisputed leader for high-quality WordPress themes. Web developers agree that the StudioPress Theme with Genesis Framework is the most secure and reliable on the market. Right now, you can get an extra $100 off the StudioPress All-Theme Pack. It’s an entire library of Studiopress’s 400 themes, worth over $2,300! You pay $299.96 for all 400 themes plus all future themes that Studiopress releases. Basically, you’ll never have to worry about themes again – you not only get the current themes but also any new themes released in the future. This may just be the deal of the century. Landing Pages & Webinars: Leadpages
Leadpages is such a versatile tool for online entrepreneurs. The main purpose is to create landing pages, but you can also do webinars and set up Facebook ads through the platform. There are over 150 landing page templates to choose from! I’ve used them to do everything from promoting my resource library to building a customized homepage. For Black Friday, Leadpages is offering a deal that has never been done before. You can get a 60-day trial for just $1. Yes, $1! If you want to get an inside look into Leadpages, then this is the perfect opportunity.
